Young and Trendy

1.  This is a good quality yarn for knitting with big needles. The brand recommends knitting it wth 8 mm needles. We tried them, but the knitted sample was too stiff for our taste. The piece knitted with 10 mm needles looked and felt much better.

2. This is a thick yarn. Consequently, seams in the garment should be kept to a minimum. Therefore, top-down knitted garments are one option to work this yarn.

3. This yarn is well suited for vests and close-fitting jackets. A jumper might be too boxy. On the other hand, it might be just what some people are looking for.

4. Try diluting the colours with matching thick "base” colours such as black, white, etc., which would add a more sophisticated look to the garment.

5. The fabric knitted with this yarn looks equally good on the right and wrong sides.

6. This is a soft itch-free yarn, which is a great advantage for us when assessing the quality of yarns.
